Sion’s Horrible Dream

It was Sun One night, I had a strange dream. I dreamt that it was Christmas time. I went to a party with my friends and there were lots and lots of presents. We had a lot of fun dancing, singing and playing. I ate food and sweets. I was wearing a nice party dress. The hall was decorated with Christmas streamers and coloured balls and baubles and multicoloured balloons. My friends and I danced to the music. The man in charge gave us a lottery ticket each and I had the number twenty. The first draw was my number and I won the nicest present there was on the table. It was a Nintendo DS. While I was jumping with joy, I woke up and found out that it was just a dream. day. After a day playing at the park we went home feeling happy but exhausted, so I had a quick bath, ate something and went to bed. While in bed, I slept very quickly but I dreamt a strange dream. The dream was about a horse named Lucky.

On my sixth birthday, my parents took me for a horse riding experience. Unfortunately, there were no horses for me to ride on, except for Lucky, a naughty horse. The woman told me to ride Lucky for only a little while. As soon as I rode on Lucky’s back, he neighed loudly, went up on his hind legs and threw me on the floor. I hurt my head and my leg. Soon the ambulance came and took me to hospital. Immediately a nurse took me to an X-ray room. I was afraid when the doctor came in. He told me that I needed to stay in hospital for three weeks because I had some broken bones. After he told me that my heart began to beat faster and the monitor started beeping too. But it was not the monitor – it was my alarm clock to wake me up for school.

When I realized that it was only a dream, I had a deep breath and thanked God that I was safe at home.

Eric’s Strange Dream

One night I had a strange dream. I dreamt that I was with my parents and a spaceship full of aliens came down and they started destroying the whole country. Suddenly, I saw a meteorite coming down and this carried a group of good robots. These robots pulled down the aliens and stopped them from destroying the country. Unfortunately, one of the good robots was destroyed by the aliens and this made a very loud noise which woke me up and I realized at once that it was only a dream.

A Day at Grandma’s House

It was summer and I went to grandma. In the morning I had breakfast and then I played in the garden. I helped my grandma hanging the clothes on the washline. After my grandma had to go to the greengrocer to buy some vegetables and I went with her. We went home with the vegetables. My grandma wanted to cook soup. I helped her to cook the soup. When the soup was ready we ate it and it was very tasty and delicious. When we ate it we cleaned the plates and I went to watch T.V. At about four o’clock, grandma called me for a cup of tea and some biscuits. My mum and dad came to pick me up and we went home. I had a lot of fun at grandma’s house and was very sorry to leave her and go back home.

A Strange Dream I Had

One night I had a strange dream. I dreamt that it was my birthday and my mum and dad forgot all about it. I needed to wake up early because I had to go to grandma’s house. She lived in a villa. She lived in England and I needed to go to the airport and wait for the plane. Soon after that, the aeroplane landed and we were shown to a mobile staircase. When I was seated in the aeroplane the air-hostess asked us whether we wanted any tea or coffee or any other drink. I preferred to drink a glass of water and a nice piece of sandwich just like my parents. When we arrived in London, we took the train from the airport and used the underground from a large station. I never saw so many busy people running from one train to another. After several stops, the underground finally brought us to our destination. Here people were calmer and when we left the station I saw a lot of beautiful houses surrounded by trees and flowers. The train station’s name was Hampstead. After a short walk with father and mother pulling our lugguage, we arrived at a beautiful villa. Mother rang the doorbell and soon afterwards, grandma opened the door.. When I got in the house. I saw that the house was decorated with streamers and balloons, confetti and other party decorations. I saw all my relatives and friend and they had so many presents that I didn’t know from where to begin. I opened all the presents and there were so many things that I liked such as: a doll, a Nintendo DS, a Nintendo Wii, a camera and an mp3. Then my mother, father and grandma called to go into the kitchen. There I found a precious dog and a precious cat and they became my lovable pets. It was time to cut the cake.

Suddenly, I heard an alarm ringing and when I woke up I saw that it was my alarm clock. I dressed up quickly, had breakfast and went to school. While at school. I told my teacher and my friends all about my dream. They liked it and they gave me a very big clap.

Sion’s Imaginative Story

In this story I am going to tell of an experience I passed through when I was seven years old. It was a beautiful sunny day when my parents decided to take me and my brother Yanik to the playground. I took my favourite teddy bear which I named Fluffy with me. When we arrived at the playground, I went with my teddy bear on the slide. I put him on the slide and Fluffy began to move and laugh as if someone was tickling him, so I went to see what was going on. I picked him up and stared at him. Immediately the slide transformed into a girl. This magical girl was green, so I started to scream because I was frightened. She told me, “Don’t be afraid. I came from another planet to study the human being especially children.” Then I told her, “ so that is why you came to this playground, because lots of children come here.” I also asked,” Which planet are you from?” She did not answer, so I imagined that this was her secret because she was afraid someone will capture her. She told me that she had to ask me some questions which I had to answer. So she clicked her fingers and a mini laptop came on her lap. I answered all questions while she wrote them down in a word document in her laptop and she thanked me for being so helpful. As a reward, she told me, “Fluffy the teddy bear will stay magical forever to remind you of me.” Then a rocket ship came and she said, “ I was enjoying myself being friends with you, Sion, but now it is time to go back home.”

This was everything I had to tell you. I hope you have realised that this is not a real story but only a dream I dreamt last night.

Tom and His Magic

Once upon a time there was a man. The name of the man was Tom. He made some wonderful magic. A small colourful butterfly was changed into a beautiful book. The book was old but the pictures in it were wonderful. It was a very interesting book. All of a sudden, the pictures in the book became real and they started to tell their story to the people who were watching the magic show. The people all stared and listened to the story. When it was over, Tom used his magic wand and the book became a butterfly again.

When she went near her sister, she told her everything but her sister to go home and return with her cute little animals so that they will play together in the garden. When she went back home, Alice asked her parents if she could keep the animals as pets and her parents agreed and said YES!

I am a Chick - Story 3

I am a little cute chick. I have soft yellow feathers and I have an orange beak and orange feet too. During Springtime a lot of animals have their young. I was born in Springtime with my brothers and sisters. I have two sisters and three brothers. However, since we were chickens chicks, it need not be Spring for us to hatch.

My father is a strong big cock with multi-coloured feathers, mainly brown and red. My mother is a beautiful chicken with white feathers all over with a few brown feathers round her head.

I enjoy running around together with my brother and sister chicks but very close to our mother in the farmer’s big yard. The farmer takes good care of us. He feeds us three times a day and cleans our yard and our chicken house. The farmer likes me a lot since everyday he picks me up and carries me inside his farmhouse and his wife and children stay patting and kissing me. However, when the farmer takes me back to the yard, I still run close to my mother.

I am happy to be a baby chick but I know that I have to grow up and become a beautiful hen like my mother!

I am a Chick - Story 2

One beautiful sunny day, I hatched from an egg. I was a beautiful yellow chick. I was happily living with my parents, the cock and the hen and with my brother and sister chicks, until one day, a man came to talk to my master the farmer. He wanted a chick as an Easter present for his daughter. So, I found myself in a tiny box with holes on the top. I felt very sorry and sad in that tiny box. A little girl named Tina, opened the box and she saw me there feeling lonely and sad. She took me in her hands. I spent the day cuddled in Tina’s hands. Although she took care of me, Tina’s family realised that they had a problem. The problem was that they owned a cat and it was trying to catch me to eat me. Tina’s family members decided to take me back to my family on the farm. Although I was sorry for Tina, I was very happy and anxious that I was going back home with my family. I met my family and we made a promise that we will never be separated again and that is how we lived as a whole family!

Who Am I?

One day there was the window cleaner cleaning the windows of our house. My mother told her that she was going to the grocer to buy some food. To go there, my mother needed to wait for the bus because the grocer was far away. The bus driver stopped the bus when my mother arrived. On her way back from the grocer, my mother went to the butcher to buy meat and after riding the bus back home, she went to the fishermonger to buy fish and at the baker to buy bread. On the way home, my mother met the postman who gave her a letter which said that she had won a competition. She had won anew mobile phone! She met my teacher, Miss Magro who told her that I did my work well. My mother met our friend, Sam the milkman who was driving his milkvan. As she arrived home, a coal merchant phoned my mother and told her that he will bring the coal for the fireplace as soon as the mechanic finishes repairs on his truck. Mr. White, a pilot, who is my dad’s friend, phoned my dad to give him the telephone number of the builder. The farmer’s wife phoned my mother about the new cook at the bowling club who is very good. Today, a lot of people phoned at home and we all agreed that we should hire a telephone operator if we keep receiving so many telephone calls! Jane the hairdresser, came over to our house after work to ask my mother if she could change her appointment. Later in the day, my father came back from work and took me to see the horse show. It was wonderful to see jockeys on the beautiful horses. While we were at the horse show, mother went to pick up the new mobile phone she had won and then went to the hairdresser to do her hair. On our way home, we saw brave firemen putting out a fire in a field which was burning and destroying lots of trees and vegetables. This made the farmer who owned the field feeling very sad and miserable. When father and I arrived home, we found the coal merchant waiting for us. He placed the coal in the garage so that in Winter, we will have a nice warm fireplace. Soon after, father phoned the builder for an appointment. Mother and father wanted to build another bathroom since the present one is no longer suitable for us to use!

Who Am I?

One fine morning, I woke up early because I was hungry. I went to look for a piece of bread in the cupboard. I found out that there was no bread. I went to dress up to go to the baker and on my way to the baker I met a postman who was posting letters. I saw a jockey riding a beautiful black horse. The bus driver was blowing the horn to make the jockey move out of the way. Then I arrived at the baker and it was closed, so I went to the grocer to see if he had any bread. A milkman was selling milk in the street near the grocer and lots of people came out of their homes to buy milk. When I went out of the grocer’s shop, a pilot with a plane flew over me and my hair became spiky, so I went to the hairdresser to arrange my hair and give me a new hairstyle. After I walked to school and I heard the teachers teaching children. I went to the seaside and on the big rocks I saw a fisherman fishing for some fresh fish. They took the fish to a cook to cook them because they were hungry. The coal merchant went home and his shop was on fire, so I called the firemen to come and put out the fire. Then I met a mechanic who was looking for his tools because he wanted to mend a car. Next to the mechanic, a builder was building a house. The window cleaner was cleaning the windows of the next house in the neighbourhood because all the windows of this house were very dirty with all the dust the builder left behind. On the way home, I saw a farmer growing crops. I stopped to talk to him about vegetables. I told him that they were delicious to eat. I asked him were I could find a butcher because I wanted to buy some meat for my mum. Then I went home feeling happy because I met so many workers on just one morning.
